Huntsman reports third-quarter net income of $188 million, up 194% year-over-year (YOY) from $64 million, on sales of $2.9 billion, up 1.5% YOY. Weak chlor-alkali demand continues to take a toll on Olin’s quarterly results, but the company expects improvement in the fourth quarter.
