Enterprise Products Partners (Houston) reports that it has closed on the purchase of the member interests in EFS Midstream, a provider of natural gas gathering, treating, compression, and condensate processing services in the Eagle Ford Shale. Enterprise has paid Pioneer Natural Resources and Reliance Holding a first installment of $1.15 billion, with a second installment of $1.0 billion to follow by 1 July 2016.

Koppers International (Pittsburgh; Koppers) says its majority-owned jv Koppers Jiangsu Carbon Chemical Co.
