The United States chemical sector grew by 3.6% this year despite the strong US dollar and weakness in key export markets, says the American Chemistry Council (ACC), which today released its "Year-End 2015 Chemical Industry Situation and Outlook". The ACC expects growth to slow modestly in 2016, but forecasts average annual growth of over 4% through 2020, exceeding the estimated 2.6%. growth in GDP....
